	Mr. Koch is the Chief Operating Officer of Precision Industries, Inc., a wholesaler of high quality alloy steel based in Washington, PA. He has been an executive officer and more currently a director of Precision since 1983. Prior to 1983, Mr. Koch was the CFO of Tri-State Engineering and spent 7 years as a commercial lending officer with Mellon Bank, NA and Equibank, Pittsburgh, PA.
